TECNIUM air filter for the KTM 250 EXC-F SIX Days

The TECNIUM air filter keeps dust, sand and dirt away from the engine during racing. This protects important mechanical components such as pistons, cylinders and valves from foreign bodies. The construction combines the filter effect with a foam structure designed for air supply.

Function and structure

The first layer consists of open-pore foam and holds back coarse dirt particles. A second layer of denser foam filters the finest dust particles while allowing air to continue to flow through the filter. The fireproof foam is designed to resist backfire and is intended for 4-stroke racing engines.
