BOYESEN wheel membrane block for Honda CR 125 R

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the Honda CR 125 R (JE 01) from the years 1998–1999. Its design combines an optimized internal surface with a flow-oriented design of the intake tract.

Function and construction

• Block made of 100% aluminum
• 4-way diffuser to optimize air flows and avoid pressure losses
• Optimized interior surfaces through Aerodynamic Surface Optimization
• Model-specific membrane plates with variable flexibility and several opening levels
• Aerospace-grade carbon membrane plates
• Rubber-coated, hydrocarbon-resistant membrane plates for longer seal life

The membrane plates are tailored to the respective motorcycle model. The multi-stage opening supports the adaptation of the suction to different operating conditions. Together with the optimized inner surface and the 4-way diffuser, the inlet system is designed to specifically guide intake air flows and reduce pressure losses.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

The membrane block fits the Honda CR 125 R (JE 01), built between 1998 and 1999. Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The assembly takes place directly without modification.

The intake system was developed by BOYESEN individually for the respective motorcycle model and is designed for competition use.
