The RFX Pro Series clutch cover is designed for the Honda CRF 250 R (ME 10) from the 2010-2017 model year range. Its deeper profile creates 100cc of additional oil capacity, supporting improved oil circulation in the clutch area.

Function and execution

The increased amount of oil can help reduce oil temperature during long races. This is particularly relevant in very muddy or sandy conditions when the clutch is subjected to frequent use. The deeper profile is 1.5 mm thicker than the standard cover.

The lid is made of aluminum 6061-T6 and CNC milled. The construction combines lightweight, thin areas with increased strength and durability over standard lids. This means it offers robust protection against stress from stones, rocks, footrests and brake pedals.
