TOURMAX regulator for DUCATI 996 built in 1999

The TOURMAX controller is intended as an alternative to the original equipment for the DUCATI 996 built in 1999. It takes over the function of the regulator in the electrical system and is installed in place of the original regulator. Important note on execution

For DUCATI motorcycles before 1998 that are still equipped with a single-phase regulator, a conversion kit from single-phase to three-phase is required to install this three-phase regulator. The conversion kit is not part of the delivery.

The design as a three-phase controller and the installation instead of the original controller make the targeted selection for the specified DUCATI 996 easier. Before ordering, the vehicle assignment should be compared based on the year of manufacture 1999 and the existing controller version.
