PUIG R-Racer disc for the DUCATI PANIGALE V4 R

The R-Racer screen combines PUIG's experience from international racing with a shape tailored to sporty motorcycles. Compared to the original lens, it is 30 mm higher and is designed to direct more airflow over the helmet and shoulders and to enable good visibility.

Development shaped by racing

The R-Racer line is based on PUIG's many years of work in competition, including working with the Repsol Honda Team in MotoGP and the Kawasaki Racing Team in WorldSBK. The lens shape was tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coefficient compared to the standard lens.

Dimensions and construction

• 30 mm higher than the original disc
• Material thickness: 3 mm
• High impact acrylic
• Rounded edge with 2 mm
• Designed and manufactured in Barcelona

The 3 mm thick acrylic combines low weight with high resistance and durability. The rounded edge is coordinated with the specified safety check of the German TÜV. An automated optical inspection supports the quality control of the panes.

Five versions

The R-Racer screen is available in five versions, so that the look can be chosen to match the motorcycle:

• Tinted – Reference 3759H
• Black – Reference 3759N
• Red – Reference 3759R
• Sure – Reference 3759W

Assembly and ABE

No additional parts such as bezels are required to assemble the window. An ABE document is available. Please check its scope carefully to confirm the suitability of the selected version for your motorcycle.
