BOYESEN wheel membrane block for the Suzuki RM 125

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the Suzuki RM 125. Its design combines an optimized internal surface with a 4-way diffuser that supports the intake air flows and is intended to avoid pressure losses. This means that the membrane block is designed for efficient air flow in the intake area.

Assembly and scope of delivery

The intake manifold and the fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification. The hydrocarbon-resistant design of the membrane plates supports a longer service life of the seals.

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block fits the SUZUKI RM125 in the full year range 2003–2008. The model-specific design takes into account the intake situation of this motorcycle model.

Design for competition use

BOYESEN's RC2 membrane blocks were developed for competition use. The coordinated combination of inner surface optimization, variable membrane plate flexibility and multiple opening levels aims at optimized intake air flows, efficiency, performance and pulling power of the Suzuki RM 125.
