Complete RAD Conversion Kit in Avus Black and Matt Black

This RAD kit extensively redesigns the front and tank area of the BMW GS. Lightweight ABS fairing parts in Avus Black and Matt Black are combined with functional airflow elements, electropolished stainless steel and CNC-machined aluminum details.

Fairing and New Profile

• One pair of lightweight ABS tank covers in Avus Black with graphics and transparent protection
• One pair of lightweight ABS side panels in Matt Black with matte transparent sections
• Redesigned front section for a slimmer, more tapered look
• Side mounts for the original R 1200 GS logos
• Matte black ABS element with logo beneath a matte transparent finish and matching bracket
• Matte black ABS center cover

The tank covers are painted in original colors and supplied with the required holes. Two pre-cut decals are included as an alternative if the original logos are not to be reused.

Airflow and Technical Details

• One pair of matte black ABS radiator deflectors directs warm radiator air away from the rider's legs.
• The airbox snorkels replace the original airflow restrictors and, according to the manufacturer, increase performance in the mid-range.
• One pair of sandblasted and electropolished stainless steel side protection elements supports airflow at the airbox snorkels.
• The air intakes are CNC-machined from solid Ergal and then anodized.
• Laser-cut stainless steel mesh and a Unit Garage logo on the side complete the aluminum air intakes.

Installation and Compatibility

The side panels, radiator deflectors, additional ABS element and center cover are attached to the tank covers. The radiator deflectors are additionally prepared for installation on the frame. The kit is intended for the BMW R 1200 GS LC, excluding the Adventure version, from model years 2013 to 2019 and, according to the manufacturer's application listing, for the BMW R 1250 GS. The respective model year of the motorcycle must be considered when selecting the kit.
