MALOSSI H2O cylinder-piston kit with Ø 67 mm

This cylinder-piston kit from MALOSSI is intended for the Derbi GPR 125 Racing from 2007 to 2008. With a Ø 67 mm bore, 47 mm stroke and 166 cm³ displacement, it offers a clearly defined technical design for use in competition.

The cylinder is made of a high-silicon, refined and hardened aluminum alloy. The inner liner has a silicon carbide coating on a galvanic nickel matrix. Cross-smoothing in two diamond steps and processing on high-precision CNC machines enable tight tolerances to be maintained. Newly calculated, extra-large heat exchange surfaces support the temperature transition.

Pistons and piston rings

The super-compact piston with three segments is made from a special aluminum-silicon alloy with low thermal expansion. The addition of tin on the sliding surfaces, CNC machining as well as the reduced weight and reinforced construction characterize its design. The piston also has extra large heat exchange surfaces.

• Three-piece oil scraper made of alloyed and chrome-plated special steel
• Special piston rings with a large stroke and very high mechanical strength
